Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, St. John’s, on Friday, December 27, 2024, Shirley Bernadette Meehan, formerly of Point La Haye, St. Mary’s Bay, aged 71 years.
Predeceased by parents Bernard and Lillian Meehan and sister-in-law Cynthia.
Leaving to mourn brother Melvin, nephews Jermay and Victor (Tasha); great-nieces: Amber, Allie, Lexi and Lilly and many other relatives and friends, including special cousins Donna Lee and Collette Fleming.
Cremation has taken place. A private graveside service and burial will be held at a later time.
