With great sadness, the family of Sheldon Mountain are saddened to announce his passing on December 15, 2024 at the age of 51 years.
Sheldon will be lovingly missed by his son: Matthew Lett; brothers: Leslie Mountain, Doyle Cardinal, Fabian Cardinal, Tommy Cardinal, Donnie Cardinal, Virgil Cardinal; aunts: Christine Twin, Leona (Herman) Cardinal, Germaine Anderson; godmother: Irene Anderson; special niece: Brandilyn Cardinal; mother of his son: Heather Lett and numerous friends and family.
Sheldon was predeceased by his parents: Alden Smallface and Alvina Mountain; Paternal grandparents: Ernest and Agnes Anderson; maternal grandparents: Lawrence and Katy Mountain.
Wake: Sunday, December 22, 2024 at Beaver Lake Community Center, Beaver Lake, Alberta. (Leaving Mission View Funeral Chapel at 2:00 p.m.).
Funeral Service: Monday, December 23, 2024 11:00 a.m. Beaver Lake Community Center, Beaver Lake, Alberta.
Pallbearers: Matthew Lett, Jason “Stretch” Gladue, Herman Cardinal Jr., Ramsey “Rambo” Cardinal, Edwin “Dewey” Cardinal, Brayden Anderson.
Honourary Pallbearers: All his friends, family and those who knew Sheldon.
Final Resting Place: Beaver Lake Community Cemetery, Beaver Lake, Alberta.
