The family announces with great sorrow her sudden passing Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at the age of 46 years. Loving Mom to Joshua Larocque (partner Melodie Burelle) and Alyssa Larocque. Daughter of the late Diane (née Joseph) Tyson, and surviving father Richard Simpson and stepmother Marie Simpson. Beloved sister of Ryk Simpson (spouse Esther Chung), Kimberly Pelland (spouse Michel Pelland) and stepsister to Cindy MacNeil. Leaving behind her partner Mike Thorne and stepchildren, Lily Thorne and Bryson Thorne.
Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, relatives and friends. Season passed away peacefully outside on her porch where she enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets overlooking nature that she loved so much.
A Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 1pm to 4pm (with words of remembrance at 2:30pm) at the Lougheed Funeral Home, 4605 Michelle Drive, Hanmer, ON, www.lougheedfuneralhomes.com
