Sarah “Freda” Muldoon
On February 16, 2025, Sarah “Freda” Muldoon peacefully passed away at the Watford Qualify Care Center at the age of 91. Originally from country Tryone in Northern Ireland, Freda eventually made her home in Bothwell, Ontario Canada.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Thomas Muldoon and brother David and dear son Samuel. She was the loving mother of Suzette, Grace and Bill, as well as the loving granny of Joel (Francesca) and Dylan. And she was the very special “granny” to the Knox and Armstrong family, and many, many others.
Freda loved spending time on her farm, caring for her sheep and many other animals. She loved spinning wool and creating many beautiful sweaters and other knitted items. Freda also enjoyed going to community events and imparting her love of spinning to others. Further, she enjoyed going to antique auctions and markets.
Visitation will be held at DENNING’S OF WATFORD on February 22, 2025, from 2:00pm until 4:00pm. A private internment will take place at a later date.
In memory of Freda, donations may be made to the Children’s Hospital.
