Passed away peacefully at Brightshores Health System Owen Sound on Thursday, March 20, 2025. Born on Monday, January 18, 1943, Sandra Lois Wood (née Gibson) of Owen Sound, was in her 83rd year.
Beloved wife of the late Alan Wood.
Loving mother of Carla Wood. Lovingly remembered friend of Lisa Kell, Nikolai Cragg and Brett Cragg. Dear sister of Gwen Hamilton and sister-in-law of Anne Gibson. Sandra will also be missed by her many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Predeceased by her parents Wallace and Audrey Gibson, her siblings Colleen Goetz, Shirley Stewart and Jack Gibson.

A funeral service to celebrate Sandra’s life will be held at Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, 250 14th St. W., Owen Sound, 519-376-7492, on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 11 a.m., with visitation one hour prior. Interment will take place in Greenwood Cemetery.
