Ruth Irma Smart
Peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, on Monday, February 17, 2025. Ruth Smart (nee Wallingford) of Cardinal in her 97th year. Only child of the late John and Irma Wallingford. Loving wife of 56 years to Bruce Smart of Cardinal with whom she loved to travel and fish for many years. Ruth taught high school for 26 years in Hull. She is fondly remembered and loved by her many students and her basketball teams who still come to visit.
Funeral Arrangements
There will be no visitation or Funeral service, cremation has taken place. Donations to charity of your choice would be gratefully acknowledged by the family. If you are making your donation online or by cheque directly to the charity, please include the following note with your gift “please notify the family”.
