With great
sadness, we announce the passing of Russell Angus Jack Noiles, of
Montague, PE, on Sunday, January 26, 2025 at the Kings County Memorial
Hospital. Born in London, Ontario on November 14, 1948, son
of the late Russell Joseph and Constance Edwards Noiles. Dearly missed
by his loving wife Ruth Ann (nee McIntyre); children, beloved daughter
Wendy (Rick) Sziklai; son Kevin Noiles; step-daughter Tammy Colbridge,
step-son Christopher Newman and; grandchildren, Brent, Bryan,
Christopher, Kyle, Mitchell, Nicole, Benjamin; great grandchildren,
Hannah, Chloe, Bailey, Mia, Harlow; Tatum; Siblings, Heather Ann
Smith, Dennis Noiles and special nephew Seth. Besides his parents,
Russell was predeceased by his step-son Kevin Edward Newman and
siblings, Linda, Donnie and David.
Russell had a long career as a Pipefitter
with Bruce Nuclear station and then a 30 year career with
Kellog’s. Outside of his professional life, Russell liked to
be involved with his community, he was past President of the Seniors
Federation, past President and current member of the Montague 50 plus
club, and member of the Masonic Lodge for over 25 years.
When at home he could be found checking in on his favorites, Toronto
Maple Leafs and Atlanta Braves.
The family wishes
to thank Dr. Terry Magennis and the Doctors, Nurses and staff of KCMH
for their care and compassion over the last few weeks.
Resting at Ferguson Logan Funeral Home, Montague, with
visiting hours on Friday, January 31, 2025 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. St.
Andrew’s and St. George’s Masonic Lodge will hold
a Masonic Service for their brother Russell following the wake at 4 pm
on Friday. All are welcome. Funeral Mass will be held on saturday,
from St. Mary’s Catholic Chruch, MOntague, At 11:00 am.
Memorial donations to St.
Mary’s Catholic Church, Heart & Stroke foundation,
PEI Humane society or Charity of your choice would be appreciated.
