Peacefully at her home on Oneida Nation Wednesday, April 2nd, 2025. Roxanne Marie Elijah (nee Short) formerly of Walpole in her 40th year.
Beloved wife of Texas “T.J” Elijah Jr. and loving mother of Dallas, Kira, Sage, Tre, Dominic, Star, Dakota, Brandon, Mercedes, and Dravon.
Sadly missed by her mother Angela, grandmother Marie Short, Aunties Brenda and Cindy (Jason) Henry and their children Eathun, Ziibi, and Banaise-Kwe Henry.
Fondly remembered by her brother’s and sister’s in-law Marlon Elijah, Vanessa Elijah, Don Elijah, and mother-in-law Shirley Brown (Darren Riley).
Predeceased by her father-in-law Texas R. Elijah Sr.
Family will receive friends at T.J. and Roxanneʼs Home, 3107 Smith Road, Oneida on Friday, April 4th after 2 pm until Sunday. April 6th, when the Celebration of Roxanneʼs liofe will be held commencing at 11 am. Interment House of Prayer Cemetery, Oneida.
