It is with great sadness that the family of Ross Weber announce his passing on April 5th, 2025, in his 90th year.
He is survived by his wife and best friend of 68 years, Kay (Hodgins) and his sister Jackie (Bob, predeceased). He will be deeply missed by his children, son Tim, daughter Mary Lynn (Joe), son Bob (Darlene), daughter Ann, daughter-in-law Sheilah (mike), and he was predeceased by his son Alan. He will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Jena (Ryan), Toni (Tyler), Stephanie (Dan), Ryan (Jill), Rebecca, Devin (Maija), Steve, Eric (Rachel), Derek, Nikki (Harrison), Jack, David, and Sarah. He had a special relationship with all of them. Proud great grandfather to Hannah, Juliette, Eva, Emilia, Sawyer, Elyse, Abby, Naarah, Ruby, Theo, Thomas, and Lottie. He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Ross was predeceased by his brother Doug (Joan), sister Shirley, brother Jack (Jean), brother Clarence, and brother Bob Scott.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to the doctors from City of Lakes, the staff in the emergency departments at Health Sciences North, and a heartfelt thank you to the nurses, PSW’s, and physiotherapists at ARCC, with an extra special thanks to Paulie at ARCC who always made his day.
Resting at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home at 233 Larch St, Sudbury. (Friends may call Thursday from 4pm to 8pm). Funeral Mass in St. Pius X Church, Lively on Friday April 11, 2025, at 11am. Cremation with interment in the St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
