In Loving Memory of
“Momma” Rose Paiero
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing
of Rose Paiero, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and cherished
friend, on March 7, 2025.
Rose was the heart of her family—a nurturing soul
who brought people together through love, kindness, and the warmth of
her cooking. Known affectionately as the chef of “Grandma’s
Kitchen,” her home was a sanctuary where the aroma of home-cooked
meals greeted you at the door and the laughter of family filled the
air. It was in Grandma’s Kitchen that memories were made over batches
of pizza, chicken pot pie, cups of tea, games of Pictionary and
Scrabble.
Rose had an extraordinary gift for making everyone feel
special. Whether through her warm smile, her wise advice, or her
unparalleled talent in the kitchen, she touched countless lives and
left an indelible mark on all who knew
her.
She was the daughter of Clarence and Mildred (Cormier) Deon
and she is survived by her children: Nora, John (Angelo), Maria, Paul,
Sharon, and Linda; her grandchildren: Lindsay, Jason, Cora, Aiyana,
and Milo; and her sister, Shirley Rogers. She was predeceased by her
siblings: Lumina MacRae, Margaret Gallant, Claire Lewis, Joan Sampson,
Edmund Deon and Joseph Deon.
Though the heart of Grandma’s Kitchen may now be at rest, its
warmth will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and
friends forever.
