Rosalie Orendorff (nee Deschamps)
June 27, 1961 – January 5, 2025
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Rosalie Orendorff (nee Deschamps) on Sunday January 5th, 2025 at the Cornwall Community Hospital at the age of 63. Beloved wife of the late Tris Orendorff. Cherished mother of Jean-Eric Pagé and Sarah Pagé. Loving sister of Ron Deschamps, Jackie St. Louis and Rodney Deschamps. Rosalie was predeceased by her parents Lionel and Caroline Deschamps (nee Sancomb) and her sister Celine Jones and brother Patrick Deschamps.
Cremation has taken place. Arrangements are under the care of Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street (613-938-3888). A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Interment of Rosalie’s ashes will take place in the spring at Notre Dame Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Rosalie was playful and silly, with a witty sense of humor. She laughed often and embraced life with joy, always making those around her feel loved and special. Whether it was a big warm hug or a hot home-cooked meal, she made everyone feel welcome in her home. She always took care of others, touching the lives of many with her kindness and generosity.
Rosalie adored being a mom, not only to her children but also to her beloved fur babies, Leo and Pixel. She found joy in fussing over them, always tending to their needs with warmth and affection. No matter the activity, she loved spending time with her children. She believed in them and their dreams wholeheartedly. Although she didn’t have any grandchildren of her own, she was like a grandmother to many.
Rosalie’s love for adventure and travel was boundless. She delighted in watching sunsets in California, zip-lining through Vegas, admiring antiques at Bolt Castle, and soaring through the sky on a hot air balloon ride. She cherished each new experience, always eager to share those moments with the people she loved.
Rosalie will always be in the hearts of those who knew her. She will forever be loved and missed.
