WARD, Ronald- It is with deep sadness that we, the family of Ron Ward, beloved spouse to Wendy, announce his passing on April 8, 2025, following a valiant battle with cancer. Ron was a devoted spouse, father, Papa, brother, uncle, and friend, and his loss leaves an irreplaceable void in the hearts of those who knew him.
Ron walked through life with incredible strength, wisdom, and dignity. There are some who bring a light so bright to this world that even when they are gone, the light remains.
Ron took the opportunity to say his goodbyes to loved ones at his 75th birthday celebration, a final farewell where he asked that all remember him as he was – vibrant, joyful, and full of life.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Ron’s name to Autism Ontario or Niagara Children’s Centre.
