It is with heavy hearts that the family announces his peaceful passing on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at the age of 89 years. Son of the late Albert and late Lina (née Therrien) Lachance. Mother of his children Jeannette (née Pinard) Lachance. Devoted father of Denis (Donna), Suzanne (Gerard) and Daniel. Predeceased by his brothers Norm (Wanda) and Maurice (late Sue). Cherished grandfather of Lise, Eric, Amy, Ryan, Nicole, Sara, Jamie and great-grandfather of Leah, Josée, Jérémi, Noah, Zoay, Micheala and Lukas. Equally missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. As per the family’s request, there will be no service or visitation. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations by cheque or online to the Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
