Roger Hebert Obituary
Roger Roy Herbet, 78 years old, passed away peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital on March 12, 2025. Born in Saint John, he was the son of the late Theodore and Andrea (nee. Richard) Hebert.
He is survived by his partner Heather Fleming; sisters Marie Etta (Larry) Farella of Bedford Nova Scotia, Paulette (Clark) Mcllveen of Saint John, Odette (John) Black of Rothesay, and Angela (David) Mundle of Sackville New Brunswick; brother Gary (predeceased – Donna) Hebert of Charlottetown PEI; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brothers Ted Jr. and Blair Hebert.
Roger was a very independent person. He enjoyed exploring country roads with Heather, working in his yard, had a passion for music, often playing guitar at Rhoda’s Flea Market, and was always willing to give a healing hand to friends.
The family would like send a special thanks to David Bursey, his brother in law for his friendship and care, and the doctors and staff at the AHSC and especially the Palliative Care Unit at the Saint John Regional Hospital – 3BN for the care Roger received during his illness.

In keeping with Roger’s wishes there will be no visitation with a family service will be held at a later date.
