It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Bob, peacefully on April 19, 2025. He leaves behind his wife Donna after 67 years of marriage. Respected father of Doug ( Terry) and Joan DeSmidt (Marty). Fondly remembered by his grandchildren Tristan Jensen, Kyle Jensen (Allana), Micheal Herbison (Chelsea), Chelsea VanStralen and Amber DeSmidt, as well as his seven great grandchildren. Also survived by his son-in-law Terry Herbison (Tina). Predeceased by daughters Dawn Herbison and Mary Wilson (Tom).
As per Dad’s wishes cremation has taken place, with a celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
