Loving father of Janice Penney (Wally), Rick Moffatt (Joanne) and Brenda Moffatt (Russ Pettifer). Cherished grandfather of Michael Penney (Tracey), Leanna Penney, Craig Moffatt (Mara), Taryn Moffatt, Rosalie Moffatt, Danielle Moffatt-Smith, Russell Pettifer (Amber). Great-grandfather of Ashley Penney, Amber Penney, Zoe Moffatt, Mason Moffatt and Madelyn Pettifer. Dear brother of Bernice Kennelly, Bill Moffatt (Doreen) and Darlene Hoskin (Stan).
