It is with great sadness that the family announces
the death of Robert Brian Graves (Bob).
Bob passed away January 23rd. 2025 at the QEII Halifax Infirmary
at the age of 72 with his wife and daughter by his side.
Bob is predeceased by his mother Hazel (McDow)
Father Cecil, brothers Bruce, Gregory and Terrance,
Sisters Joan, Joyce and infant sister Wendy.
Bob is survived by his wife Bonnie, son Mark,
Daughters Tammy (Joey) Angela, son Robert (April)
Brother Reginal (Edith) sister Deborah (Gary) and his
Four grandchildren Nevaeh, Gray, Taeyah and Jace,
nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss him greatly.
In early years Bob worked for Bens Bakery and also delivered oil for
a number of years until he became employed at Metro
Transit from where he retired after 26 years of service.
Bob was a kind and gentle man who loved to swim and
play a great game of pool. He loved to watch hockey
and cheer on the Leafs! He most enjoyed family
get togethers and his little dog Ebony up on his lap.
Bob leaves behind wonderful memories with everyone
he knew, a great laugh with his witty sense of humor that stayed
with him until the end.
Bobs memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him
and his wonderful personality and huge heart. His presence
will be deeply missed.
Bob you are so very much loved and will be missed by all of us
here, but knowing you will be reunited with lost loved ones
and will no longer be suffering brings comfort. Never forget Bob..xo
