It is with profound sadness that the family of Rob Hooton announces his passing on May 14th 2025 at the age of 53.
Devoted husband of 26 years to Mary Ann (Brier) and proud father to Justin, Laura (Josh), and Nathan.
Loving son of Lorne (2010) and Marion Hooton.
Cherished brother of Lana Tisdale (Stuart).
Son-In-Law to Roland (1998) and Phyllis (1997) Brier.
Brother-In-Law to Tom Brier (Loranne), Cindy Baswick (Stephen), Robert Brier (Tammy).
Much loved and missed by many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Rob will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his D and F Insulation work family and our close-knit neighbourhood association.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial service held in his honour at The Ashburnham Funeral Home, 840 Armour Road Peterborough on Friday May 30th, 12pm visitation, service at 1PM followed by a reception from 2pm-4pm.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the medical professionals and the teams of volunteers who provided exceptional care and support for our family.
We would like to invite family, friends and others to make Memorial donations to Hospice Peterborough in Rob’s name.
