Richard Dombroskie Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of Richard Joseph Dombroskie of Barry’s Bay, ON who left us on January 24, 2025. Born on April 7, 1957, Richard was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend.
He was the beloved husband of the late Ursula (Norlock) and a loving father to Lori Ann and Gerard (Tracey). Richard is also survived by his siblings: Rosemarie, Edward (Marie), Leona, Ronnie (Marie), Lorraine (Gerry), Ernest (Pauline) and Darlene. He was a proud grandfather of eight grandchildren.
Richard will be remembered for his kindness, generosity and selflessness. His deep care for others and compassionate heart defined his life, always ready to help without expecting anything in return. His commitment to those in need is a legacy that will continue in the lives he touched. Although his sudden passing has left an irreplaceable voice, the memories of his warmth, laughter, sense of humour, and spirit will forever remain to everyone that knew Richard.
A mass of Christian Burial will be held for Richard on February 7th at 10:30 a.m. at St. Lawrence O’Toole Church in Barry’s Bay.
