La famille annonce avec grande tristesse son décès à Sudbury, le jeudi 13 février 2025, à l’âge de 76 ans. Époux bien-aimé de Nicole (née Perron) Bourque de Hanmer. Fils de feu Abel et de feu Florestine (née Massé) Bourque. Chère père de Ghislain (Shelley Hembruff), Marc et Mélanie (Daniel Dandeneau), tous de Hanmer. Prédécédé par ses frères et soeurs Raoul, Aurèle, Jean-Gilles (Rita), Léo, Hélène, Angèle et Laurent (Pauline). Grand-père chéri d’Alex et de Justin. Il laisse un souvenir affectueux à de nombreux neveux, nièces, parents et amis. Reg et Nicole auraient célébré leur 57e anniversaire de mariage le 24 février. Il a été chauffeur de camion toute sa vie. Conformément à ses souhaits, il n’y aura pas de visite. Une célébration de la vie pour la famille et les amis aura lieu à une date ultérieure. Les dons par chèque ou en ligne à la Société Alzheimer seront appréciés.
The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury, Thursday, February 13, 2025, at the age of 76 years. Beloved husband of Nicole (née Perron) Bourque of Hanmer. Son of the late Abel and of the late Florestine (née Massé) Bourque. Loving father of Ghislain (Shelley Hembruff), Marc and Melanie (Daniel Dandeneau) all of Hanmer. Predeceased by all his siblings Raoul, Aurèle, Jean-Gilles (Rita), Léo, Hélène, Angèle and Laurent (Pauline). Cherished grandfather of Alex and Justin. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reg and Nicole would have celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary on February 24th. He was a dump truck driver his whole life. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no visitation. A celebration of life for family and friends will be held at a later date. Donations by cheque or online to Alzheimer Society will be appreciated.
