Obituary of Raymond Joseph LeBlanc
Raymond “Ti-John” LeBlanc passed away peacefully at Hospice House Fredericton surrounded by family on April 14, 2025, at the age of 81.
Born in 1943, Raymond is survived by his two sons, Jeff (Sue) and Ryan (Mary); grandchildren, Daniel (late Amanda), Dylan (Shannon), and Kassidy (Quinton); great- grandchildren, Kayla, Carly, and Scarlett; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife Yvette, his parents, Henry and Éloise Hébert (Gauvin), his brothers, Jim and O’Neil; and his sisters, Annie, Florida, and Jane.
Raymond was a dedicated and loving husband and father. He was a wonderful role model and an adoring grandfather and great-grandfather. Known for his kindness and generosity, he was always there to support his family and friends, helping others without hesitation.
As a man of principle, Raymond was grateful for the blessings in his life and had a passion for living, particularly for music. He was a well-respected band leader and talented musician, renowned for his impressive lead guitar skills. Throughout his life, he played in several notable bands, including the Reivers, Calico, and Southern Breeze, and had the honor of playing music with many great musicians and renowned performers.
Family and friends are invited to a celebration of life at Fair Haven Funeral Home (1177 Salisbury Road, Moncton) on April 19 from 1:30 to 3:00 PM. Prayers and commemorations will be shared at 2:30 PM, followed by interment at 3:00 PM at Fair Haven Cemetery.
The family expresses heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful staff at the Moncton Hospital, Moncton Residence, and especially at Hospice House Fredericton, who provided exceptional support and care.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice House Fredericton or the Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation.
