It is with sadness that we share the passing of our brother Randy Claude Arnold. Randy had a cardiac arrest and was taken to the hospital in Halifax, NS, where he passed away February 18 @ 6:25pm, age 72.
He was predeceased by his parents Raymond and Eileen Arnold; & brothers William and Gary Arnold.
Leaving to morn with loving memories are his brothers Rex (Glenda), Kye (Shirley); sister Edith (Austin); sister-in-law (Sylvia Arnold); as well as numerous nephews and nieces whom he dearly loved and he always wanted to know what and how they were doing and their plans for the future: Wayne (Christine), Larry (Donna), Elaina, Stacey (Lorne),Tracey, Cynthia (Doug), Roxann (Philip), Ashley (Kathryn), Raymond & Christopher Fudge. Now for the great nephews and nieces Rachel, Andrew, Matthew, Rachel, Cody, Emma, Lucas, Jayden, Evan, Sarah, Keana, Rylee, Haylee, Eliana, Samuel, Isabella & Stephanie Fudge.
Randy lived alone, even though he was sight impaired, he had the ability to see and understand things, in a way that a lot of us wish we could. He valued friendship and easily made friends. He had such amazing, dedicated friends who were there to help if he needed help. He had a very special relationship with Michael Amiro, Mae Saunders, Norman, Donnie & Roy as well as others.
Randy was a very loveable person, and as a Brother, Brother-in-law and Uncle, we loved you and you will be sadly missed. We will miss the times you would come on vacation and stay with us. RIP my brother. We are so grateful for Michael and Mae for all they did for him, and for keeping us updated. Randy was a member of the CNIB and was able to take advantage of the CD books, he was able to borrow from them. He loved those reading books.
We would like to thank Harbourside Funeral Home, Halifax, NS and Oram’s Funeral Home In Glovertown, NL for their help & professionalism in dealing with us.
Cremation has taken place, burial to be announced at a later date.
