It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Philip John Price of Grand Bank, NL announces his passing at his residence on January 21, 2025 at the age of 63.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his partner; Jennifer Price; son, Michael Price; granddaughter, Kaitlynn; brothers, Craig Price (Doris), Dave Price (Leslie), Darrel Price (Julie), Jason Price (Katrina); brother-in-law, Guy Clouter (Marilyn); special uncle, Wayne Downey (Ruby); uncle, Lloyd Downey (Ros); aunts, Mae Douglas, Marina Clements (Harry), Ethel Hollett (Max), Olive Price, Florence Matthews, Millie Clarke; as well as Jennifer’s parents, Shirley Warren, Percival Warren (Pam); her siblings, Darlene, Earla & Kenneth; plus a large circle of extended family and friends.
Philip was predeceased by his parents, Donald & Mary Price; sister, Donna Clouter; great-niece, Abby Clouter; grandparents, Philip & Minnie Downey and John & Dinah Price.
