Archie began his journey into the spirit world peacefully at home on Friday, January 31, 2025 at the age of 41.
Archie has joined his beloved partner Winnifred (Winnie) Butchart (predeceased).
Dear son of Carol “Hazel” Clarke (predeceased), loving brother of Mary Jayne, Doting Uncle to Dawson, Dakota, and Savannah, who he loved to spoil.
Special nephew of Robert Shawana (predeceased) and Annie Shawana. Special cousin/brother to Robbie Shawana (Denise).
He will be missed by his Uncle Adam and Auntie Donna and many cousins and friends. Predeceased by this Aunties Shirley, Violet, Margaret (Lady), Arlene, Lourda, and Gail, Predeceased by Grandparents William and Mary Jane (Otosquaiob) Shawana.
Archie loved his family and would visit when ever he had the opportunity. He enjoyed playing hockey in his younger years when he lived in Wiikwemkoong. Archie enjoyed calling his sister MJ on the phone to talk and catchup and speaking with his nephew and nieces. One of his highlights was going to Blue Jay games with his sister MJ, he was competitive and enjoy gambling, placing bets on his sports teams, and collecting Baseballs.
