Peter Arthur Hill passed away at home on Saturday, January 4, 2025. He leaves behind his loving wife of 51 years, Lin (Harman) and his daughters, Adria (Michael) Grant and Megan (Sean) Mayville. Loving Grandpa to Leah & Pippa Grant and Della & Isla Mayville and dear brother to Susan Hill. Peter also leaves behind many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Peter was born in England to the late Val and Art Hill and immigrated to Canada as little boy.
Peter was passionate about airplanes, getting his pilot’s license at age 16, and worked in the airline industry for airlines throughout the world. Peter loved nothing more than spending time at the cottage, his happy place, and loved it even more when it was filled with family and friends.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be conducted at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation taking place one hour prior.
