Cherished Grandma to Darnell, Mercedes, Malika, Mattina, Mary-Jane, Navaeh, Cordelia, Nathan, Madisyn, Journey, Keegan, Lilly-anna, Xavier, Giiwedin, Shkwaandem, Kaylan, Callaway, Dream, Cedar, Siarah, Sylas, Rashaun, Raya, Kyrie, Kaleanah, Brett, Bradley, Jackson, Tate, Seth and Cord. Great Grandma to Odemin & JJ. Loving sister to Lana predeceased, Georgina, and Justin. Special Aunty to Allister, Aaron, Jordan, skyler, Nongoose, and April.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends
Penny was a loving caretaker for all those who touched her life. She loved baking, sewing quilts by hand, and traveling. She was known as gypsy because you never knew where she was. Penny had a great sense of humor and was known to be a jokester. Penny took pride in helping those who needed an extra hand, even till her last days. She had a big heart and will forever leave an imprint on the lives she touched.
Funeral service in the M’Chigeeng Community Center, Thursday April 10th, 2025, at 11am. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
