Loved brother of Susan Blanchard and uncle of Richard Morris and Debbie Penner. Predeceased by his siblings Joe Nelligan and Adele Morris. Best friend and partner of Barre Beamish. Also missed by her children Greg and Tracey, and grandchildren Shannon, Katrina, Anthony, Carly, Katrina and Julia.
Honouring Paul’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Private family service will be held at a later date.
