Paige Leigh Brown; her light was lit August 25 2006. It is with profound sadness her family announces her passing on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at the age of 18. Paige was born in Fredericton, to Tony Brown and Jana Ackerson. She is survived by her parents Tony (Kelly) and Jana (Joey), brothers & sisters, Devin, Gabrielle and Jack, Shannah and Jenn; Grandparents Betty & Bev, Ernie & Wanda, Debbie & Jerry, Neil & Sharon, and Lloyd; aunts Krista and Candice, uncles Nicholas and Russ, and many cousins. She is predeceased by Deanna (Lloyd).
Paige was a light; she was joy and happiness. She marched to the beat of her own drum and she was most unapologetically herself.
She was kind, warm, and loving. She looked at the world in a unique way, and always noticed the little things and found joy in things others might never take note of. She loved animals and volunteering at our local SPCA. Paige was a most creative artist. Social things were sometimes hard for her but she had found her place, her friends, and was moving forward in life, planning, hoping, and dreaming. She would have been as amazing as an adult as she had been as a child. We will miss her every day, forever. May her light perpetually shine in those she left behind.
A Celebration of Paige’s life will be held at the Second Chipman United Baptist Church, on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at 3:00 pm.
