Noreen Ann MacDonald passed away peacefully with family by her side at the Souris Hospital on Thursday, February 13, 2025, aged 66 years.
Noreen was the daughter of the late Allan and Christina (nee Mooney) MacDonald. She will be missed by her friend Gary Burke, her siblings James (Janet), Charlottetown, Reggie, Little Pond, Damien (Lynn), Little Pond, Catherine (Gerard) Bear River, Aeneas (Linda), Charlottetown, and Mary (Ron), Greenfield, N.S., her many nieces and nephews, her godson Patrick, her beloved cat Callie, along her many friends. Predeceased by her parents, brother Allan Joseph in infancy, nephews Neven and Sean MacDonald, niece Angela MacKenzie, and sisters-in-law Donna and Donalda.
Noreen had a special place in her heart for all animals and loved caring for her little furry friends. She will be missed by many.
A funeral Mass at St. Francis de Sales Church, in Little Pond will be held at a later time, with the date to be announced, and interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery. If so desired, donations in memory of Noreen can be made to the PEI Humane Society.
