With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Nikolai Velitchko, who left us on April 1, 2025, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 82 years old.
Nikolai was a man of strength, kindness, and wisdom. His unwavering love for his family, friends, and community was evident in every moment of his life. As a father, he was a guiding presence, teaching us the values of hard work, integrity, and compassion. His generosity and care extended beyond his immediate family, touching the lives of all who knew him.
Born on December 2, 1942, Nikolai lived a life full of adventure, embracing every opportunity with a smile. He had a deep love for history, poetry, music and art. His curiosity for life never wavered, even in the face of illness.
Nikolai will be remembered for his strength and the positive impact he made on everyone around him.
