Obituary of Nancy Chevalier
Chevalier, Nancy of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 in her 69th year. Beloved wife of the late Wayne Chevalier(November 30, 2024). Cherished sister of Bill Berry(Tina) of Aylmer. Dear stepmother of Ken Chevalier of Windsor and Jillian Porter(Josh) of London. She will be missed by her grandchildren Samantha, Michael, Ollie, Hudson and Lyla and brothers-in-law Larry and Danny(Martha). Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her stepdaughter Brenda(2020). Born in St. Thomas, Ontario on August 30, 1956, daughter of the late Bill and Helen(Parker) Berry. Upon graduating in 1975, Nancy worked at Aylmer Nursing Home(Chartwell/Agecare) and retired in 2019. Nancy had an artistic flair and a love for crafting. Her family meant the world to her, especially Veronica and Billy. She also treasured her neighbours and friends. She enjoyed many travels to Mexico with Wayne. Special thanks to the wonderful staff in the ICU at STEGH. Visitation will be held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday, March 21, 2025 from 6-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation-burial, Aylmer Cemetery.
