Le dimanche 2 février 2025, à l’âge de 93 ans, Jacques Nadeau est décédé à l’hôpital du Suroît de Valleyfield, entouré de membres de sa famille.
Malgré son grand cœur, une mauvaise grippe combinée à une maladie pulmonaire et un coeur affaibli était trop pour lui.
Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Micheline Boivin, ses cinq enfants Luce (Camille), Lisette (Tim), Andrée (Jordan), Alain et Daniel (Joelle), ses douze petits-enfants Martin (Sarah), Nicolas (Karine), Émilie (Alexandre), Benjamin (Danika), Emma (Jean-François), Jonathan (Natasha), Jessica (Nilas), Matthew, Alexa (Alexandre), Jérémy, Pascale (Scott) et Sophie, sans oublier sa grande fierté, ses arrière-petits-enfants Isabelle, Madeleine, Florence, Agathe, Charlotte et Giselle, ainsi que son frère Grégoire (Suzanne) et plusieurs neveux et nièces. Il est parti rejoindre ses frères Réjean et Gilles.
En raison des circonstances actuelles, les funérailles se dérouleront dans la plus stricte intimité.
