Muriel Evelyn Peattie (nee Berry/Gordon)
Muriel passed away peacefully on March 8, 2025, finding eternal rest as she is now reunited with her beloved husband Ian and all her loved ones who went before her.
She leaves behind her two children Neil and Diane as well as the greatest joys in her life: her grandchildren Eric (Tracey) and Hilary (Austin). Lovingly remembered by her sisters-in-law Anne and Cathie, and her nieces and nephews across the pond, as well as friends that loved her dearly. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Margaret Berry and her brothers Alan, Bob and George.
A special thank you to the staff at Cawthra Gardens LTC, especially Dragica, Rabab, Elsa, ShellyAnn, Emily, Pauline and Carrie.
Though she is no longer with us we know her love was endless and will always be watching over us and guiding us. We were so blessed to have her for 91 wonderful years and we will carry her in our hearts forever.
Friends and relatives are invited to celebrate Muriel’s life on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME. Visitation will be held from 12-1 p.m., with a Memorial Service at 1 p.m. Reception to follow.
If desired, donations to the Alzheimer Society in memory of Muriel would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
