In Loving Memory of Michel “Mike” Beauchemin
December 16, 1951 – February 28, 2025
With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Michel “Mike” Beauchemin of Shediac, NB. He died at home, from ALS, on February 28, 2025, at the age of 73.
Originally from Montreal, Quebec, Mike was predeceased by his parents, Georges and Réjane, and his nephew Darryl. He was a loving husband to Winnifred “Winnie” for 53 years, a devoted father to Melina, Stephanie (Nico) and Patrick (Jasmine), and grandfather to Gibson, Austin, Romi, Noah and Luca. He is survived by his big brothers Raynald “Ray” and Hugo, his twin Alain and baby brother Daniel. He was a cherished uncle to many nephews and nieces and a loyal friend.
Despite his recent declining health, Mike always had a big heart, a positive attitude and a great sense of humor. ALS is a heartless disease – it is not a battle, there is no fighting, there are only casualties. Mercifully, Mike’s end came earlier than expected, and he passed quickly, at home and in the arms of his loving family. While we are heartbroken, we know he would want us to gather, share stories, hear music and celebrate a life well-lived. Please join us as we remember my husband, our father, your brother, uncle and friend.
Visitation – Friday, March 14, 2025 from 4:00 to 7:00pm AST (Atlantic Standard Time)
