Forteau, NL
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Melvin Dumaresque announce his passing on February 4, 2025
Melvin was a kind spirited man who was loved by everyone he met. He loved the outdoors hunting and fishing, but most importantly he loved his family. Being a father and grandfather was one of his greatest accomplishments next to being a loving husband to his wife, Louisa for 53 years.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Louisa, son Shane, daughter Angela; grandchildren Cole, Ty and Kaine; and brother Johnny (Audrey).
Melvin also leaves behind a large circle of family and friends who will remember him fondly.
There will be a celebration of life by Melvin‘s family and friends Saturday, February 8th at 8 PM at St Peter’s Anglican Church in Forteau followed by
the funeral service on Sunday, February 9th at 2 PM at St Peter’s Church in Forteau.
