June 2, 1944 – January 19, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Mel Robinson on January 19, 2025, at the age of 80 at his home in Port Colborne. A devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend.
Mel was born in Stevensville, Newfoundland, to the late Melina and Ron Robinson. He was a devoted husband to Maureen (née Wilson) for more than 52 years. He was also a loving father to Sarah-Beth Fennell (Dan) and grandfather to Daniel, Bruce, Melina, Michael, and Cooper Fennell. Mel is survived by his sister, Joan Hood, sister-in-law Donna-Lea and brothers-in-law Garth and Shawn. He will also be fondly remembered as a warm-hearted uncle to Alan, Libbi, Chris, Kelly, Jennifer, Eli and the late Cari.
Mel had a heart of gold and wanted everyone around him to be happy. He will be deeply missed.
