In loving memory of Maurice Albert Renaud, 75 years who passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at Health Sciences North surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Mariitta Renaud (nee Kero). Loving father of Marianne Renaud and Mark Renaud. Cherished grandfather of Jade (Justin), Ethan, Riley and great grandchildren Hudson and Luca. Dear son of Adrien and Flora-Belle (nee MacKenzie) Renaud both predeceased. Dear brother of Phillippe Renaud predeceased (Lorraine), Claire Matson predeceased (Graham), Rheal Renaud and Suzanne Taillefer (Pierre) and brother-in-law of Taisto Kero predeceased (Elizabeth), Reijo Kero predeceased, Eric Kero predeceased (Debra), Edwin Kero, David Kero and Kenneth Kero (Marion). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews and especially by his cat Ozzy (aka black cat). Maurice worked as a mechanic at Vale. He was a hockey player and a musician, and he loved the outdoors especially spending his summers at the cottage on French River.
As per his wishes, there will be no funeral visitation or service. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Sudbury Food Bank or the Blue Door Café Soup Kitchen would be appreciated.
