The death occurred suddenly at home on Friday, January 3,
2025 of Maureen Joan McPhee of Bloomfield aged 57, beloved wife of
Michael McPhee. Maureen was born in Hamilton, Ontario on April 27,
1967, daughter of the late Francis and Joan (Arsenault)
Blanchard.
Cherished mom to Megan McPhee (Barrett Keefe), Maranda McPhee
(Ian MacArthur) and Morgan McPhee (Jeremy Fielder). Loving Grammie to
Kacie, Hunter and Maverick Arbing. Sister to Merle (Willow) Blanchard,
Marvin (Jane) Blanchard, Marlene (Bob) Kinley, Myron (Kim) Blanchard
and Glen (Gloria) Blanchard. Sister in law to Theresa Doucette, Irene
Boyles, Helen (Andy) Kuzmicki, Brenda (Gordie) Hardy, Kenny (Norma)
McPhee and Danny McPhee.
Predeceased by her parents and her mother and father in law
Michael and Florence McPhee.
Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel with visiting
hours Wednesday 5:00 – 8:00pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday
at St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church at 3:00pm. Interment will be at
a later date in the Parish Cemetery.
Maureen was President of the Ladies Auxiliary of St.
Anthony’s Royal Canadian Legion, Bloomfield and members will hold a
service of remembrance for their late member at the funeral home on
Wednesday at 4:30pm.
