Obituary of Matthew Thomas Quinlan
At Juravinski Hospital on Friday, January 10th, 2025, at the age of 65. Loved father of Kim Ferreira and her husband Kevin, and Amy Lynn Quinlan and her spouse Paul Thompson and predeceased by daughter Tammy (2017). Cherished grandfather of Kyree, Kael, Kruz, Matthew, and Jacob. Matthew will also be sadly missed by his siblings along with nieces and nephews.
Matthew was a retired employee of Stelco. He enjoyed fishing and watching sports particularly the Toronto Maple Leafs. Cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of His Life will be held at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Friday, January 17, 2025 at 12 p.m., with a reception being held at the Stoney Creek Royal Canadian Legion, 12 King street East from 12:30 p.m. -2:30 p.m.
