Mary “Inez” Roberta Weatherby (nee MacNeill)
1942-2025
Peacefully, with family by her side at the Garden Home on
Wednesday, January 22, 2025 of Inez Weatherby (nee MacNeill) of
Charlottetown, age 82 years. Beloved wife of the late Frederick J.
“Fred” Weatherby and dear mother of Robert (Fern),
Orwell Cove, Joseph Weatherby, Charlottetown and Natalia (Spencer
Morrison) Weatherby, Charlottetown. She is also survived by six loving
grandchildren Meighan (Bobby), Kira, Ryan (Jaya), Keigha, Nathan and
Kate; three great grandchildren Joey, Carter and James; her sisters
Dianne (Lewis-dec) Ward and Norice Weatherby; sister-in-law Ruth
MacNeill and brother-in-law Harold Tremere and many nieces and
nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents Ernest and
Hilda (nee Mullins) MacNeill and her siblings Wayne MacNeill and Neva
Tremere.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home
for visitation on Monday, January 27, 2025 from 4 – 7
p.m.
No funeral service by personal request. A celebration of life
will be held at a later date.
If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the
Alzheimer’s Society or the Heart & Stroke
Foundation.
