Martha Boldt Obituary
Boldt, Martha – With broken hearts we announce the passing of our Mother Martha Elizabeth Boldt (Friesen) at the Westhills Care Centre on February 19th, 2025, just shy of her 85th birthday. She has now been reunited with her beloved husband in heaven with their Lord and Saviour. She will be loved and forever cherished by her children Robert (Cheryl) Boldt, Wendy (Dave) Moran and Christine Dilts. Grandchildren Austin (Briar) Moran, Chelsea Moran, Mackenzie Dyck (Jake), Tristan Dyck (Mya), Haiden Dilts, Zachery Dilts and their father. Special Great Oma to Arya and Ellie Moran.
She will be forever missed by many nieces and nephews on the Friesen and Boldt families. Fondly remembered by remaining brother and sister in laws, Helene Boldt, Peter (Fern) Boldt, Lisa Boldt and Beverly Friesen.
Predeceased by her husband Jacob Boldt (2024). Siblings Nick Friesen, Leona (Allen) Lauder, Annie (Walter) Fast, Walter (Betty) Friesen, Edward Friesen and his son Douglas Friesen.
Martha was a loving mom and homemaker. She loved caring for and raising her 3 children. She was honored to help care for her beautiful grandchildren. Her love for them was evident to everyone. Mom loved to cook and bake for her family.
We would like to send a heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful Nurses, PSW’S and recreational staff at the Westhills Care Centre. Especially the 3 Stooges (you know who you are).
The family will receive friends at Tallman Funeral Homes, 3277 King St., Vineland on Monday February 24, 2025 from 6-8pm. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday February 25 at 10:30am with an hour of visitation prior to the service. After the reception, interment will take place at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to Mennonite Disaster Services or the M.S. Society.
