The Lord in His mercy and grace, in His appointed time and providence has taken to Himself, Marlene Van Gurp, peacefully at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of Harry Van Gurp and the late Arnold Van Dyken(2003). Dear mother of Lisa Westendorp(Herman) of Aylmer, Scott Van Dyken(Caroline) of Luverne, Minnesota, Eric Van Dyken(Sarah) of Prinsburg, Minnesota and Bruce Van Dyken(Kristi) of Luverne, Minnesota. She will be missed by a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Born in Brooten, Minnesota on April 11, 1943, daughter of the late Herman and Jeannette(Zylstra) TeBrake. Marlene moved to Aylmer in 2017. Visitation will be held at the Bethel United Reformed Church on Tuesday from 6-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the church on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Holland Township Cemetery, Prinsburg, Minnesota.
