Peacefully at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Wednesday January 29, 2025. Marjorie, beloved wife of the late John, was in her 80th year.
Dear mother of Tracey of Exeter and Fred (Christina) of Burk’s Falls.
Survived by her brother Harvey Rintoul (Ree).
Fondly remembered by many friends and the community of Kearney for all of Marjorie’s hard work with the Kearney Seniors and community events.
The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk’s Falls on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, from 11am until the time of service.
A service to celebrate Marjorie’s life will follow commencing at 1:00 pm with Reverend Richard McQuillin officiating.
Cremation will follow with interment of ashes in the Sand Lake Log Church Cemetery later.
If desired, memorial donations to the Kearney Seniors would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
