It is with heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Marilyn on Friday, April 11th, 2025 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of Thomas Butler. Dear mother of Michael (Dr. Michelle) Butler of Toronto, Joan (James) Bezaire of Amherstburg, Maureen (Dr. Ernest) Morin of Amherstburg, and Thomas (Louise) Butler of Windsor. Dear daughter of the late Raymond and Ione Lyons. Devoted grandmother of Jeremy, Jordan, Grant, Curtis, Brodie, Zachary, Corey, Cameron, and also two great grandchildren.
The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the PSW’s at Bayshore for their compassionate care shown to Marilyn.
Donations in Marilyn’s memory may be made out to Alzheimer’s Society of Windsor-Es or Autism Ontario.
As per Marilyn’s wishes cremation has taken place, with a private memorial service. To express condolences, share a photo, please refer to the memory wall.
