Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Monday, March 24, 2025 in her 89th year, Margaret Veres, loving mother of Patrice (Raymond) Wood, Paul (Jamie) Walker, Karen (Stan) Haggarty. Dear sister of Robert Bayliss, Carol (John) Black. Much loved grandmother of Jason, Stephanie, Brittany, Taylor, Maclean, Declan and great-grandmother of Jaiden.
Margaret was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Family and friend will be received at the McCleister Funeral Home, 495 Park Road North, Brantford, Ontario on Friday, March 28, 2025 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Funeral service in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Mt. Hope Cemetery. If wished, memorial donations to the charity of your choice gratefully appreciated.
