Passed peacefully after a brief illness on Friday, March 14, 2025 at Tompkins House Hospice at the age of 60.
Marcel of Stayner, Sharon’s beloved Kees. Proud dad of Peter (Christina), Lindsay (Matt), Perry (Tamara), Justin (Jenn), and Michelle (Chris). Cherished grandfather of Avry, Jacob, Isaac, Sophia, Sydney, Jack, Elise, Freya, Ava, Emily, Lilly and Casey. A loving brother, brother-in-law, son-in-law, cousin, and uncle (Ome) to a big, loving family.
Marcel was a kind man who made friends easily. He took great pride in his family and work. With a larger-than-life outlook, he loved hard and enjoyed everything to the fullest.
A celebration will be held at the Weel Farm on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at 1pm. If desired, in lieu of flowers a donation to the Clearview Youth Centre or Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation for Campbell House would be appreciated by his family.
