Décédé paisiblement le vendredi 3 janvier 2025, à son domicile, entouré de sa famille, à l’âge de 90 ans. Époux de feu Rita Beaudry (née Brideau). Fils de feu Palma et de feue Thérèse (née Rouleau) Beaudry. Chère père de Marcel Jr (Laura), Carole Blanchette (Don), Thérèse Proulx (Donald) et Rhéal (Darla). Il laisse le souvenir de ses petits-enfants Anne Blanchette, Amy Verdiel, Joel Blanchette, Julie Feola, André Proulx, Bradley Beaudry, Rhéal Luc Beaudry, Madison Beaudry, Jade Beaudry et de ses 12 arrière-petits-enfants. Prédécédé par ses quatre frères Rodolphe (feue Laurence), Aurélien (feue Fleur-Ange), Maurice (feue Thérèse) et Roma (feue Alietta). Il laisse un souvenir affectueux à de nombreux neveux, nièces, parents et amis. La famille recevra les parents et amis à la Coopérative funéraire, 222 boul. Lasalle, Sudbury, mardi le 7 janvier 2025 de 14 h à 17 h et de 19 h à 21 h. Une messe de funérailles sera célébrée mercredi à 10 h en l’église Ste-Marguerite d’Youville, Val Thérèse. Dons par chèque ou en ligne à la Fondation du Nord en cancérologie ou à Diabète Canada seront appréciés.
Died peacefully on Friday, January 3, 2025, in his home surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 90 years. Husband of the late Rita Beaudry (née Brideau). Son of the late Palma and the late Thérèse (née Rouleau) Beaudry. Loving father of Marcel Jr. (Laura), Carole Blanchette (Don), Thérèse Proulx (Donald) and Rhéal (Darla). Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Anne Blanchette, Amy Verdiel, Joel Blanchette, Julie Feola, André Proulx, Bradley Beaudry, Rhéal Luc Beaudry, Madison Beaudry, Jade Beaudry and by his 12 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his four brothers Rodolphe (late Laurence), Aurelien (late Fleur-Ange), Maurice (late Thérèse) and Roma (late Alietta). Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, on Tuesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Ste-Marguerite d’Youville Church, Val Thérèse. Donations by cheque or online to Northern Cancer Foundation or Diabetes Canada will be appreciated.
