C’est avec le coeur lourd que la famille annonce son décès à Chelmsford, le mardi 11 février 2025 à l’âge de 90 ans. Chère fille de feu Norman et de feue Gertrude (née Marcoux) Goulette. Épouse aimante de Laurier ‘‘Larry’’ Simard. Mère bien-aimée de Gérard Simard, Jean Simard (Christianne Gervais), Lise Tranchemontagne (Yvon), feu Yvon Simard et Ginette Webb (James). Grand-mère chérie de Jasmine (Rolly), Gilles (Danelle), Manon (Dustin), Brianne (Ryan), Mason (Eryn), Deshawna et Kianna. Arrière-grand-mère de Désirée, Hayden, Alexandre, Haisley et feu Blake. Sœur de feu Robert, de feu Gérard, feu Arthur et Norma. Elle sera également regrettée par plusieurs nièces, neveux et parents. Un grand merci à la merveilleuse équipe du personnel de la Villa St-Gabriel pour les soins exceptionnels et la compassion au cours des derniers mois. Conformément à ses souhaits, il n’y aura pas de visite ni de service. Les dons par chèque ou en ligne à la Société Alzheimer seraient grandement appréciés.

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces her passing in Chelmsford, on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at the age of 90 years. Dear daughter of late Norman and late Gertrude (née Marcoux) Goulette. Loving wife of Laurier “Larry” Simard. Beloved mother of Gérard Simard, Jean Simard (Christianne Gervais), Lise Tranchemontagne (Yvon), late Yvon Simard and Ginette Webb (James). Cherished grandmother of Jasmine (Rolly), Gilles (Danelle), Manon (Dustin), Brianne (Ryan), Mason (Eryn), Deshawna and Kianna. Great-grandmother of Désirée, Hayden, Alexandre, Haisley and late Blake. Sister of late Robert, late Gérard, late Arthur and Norma. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and relatives. A gracious thank you to the wonderful team of staff members at St-Gabriel’s Villa for their exceptional care and compassion in the last few months. In keeping with her wishes there will be no visitation or service. Donations by cheque or online to the Alzheimer’s Society would be greatly appreciated.
