C’est avec une grande tristesse que la famille annonce son décès à Sudbury, le mardi 1er avril 2025 à l’âge de 86 ans. Épouse bien aimée de feu Alban Lacroix. Mère bien aimée de Lynne Dupuis (Don) et de feu Richard Lacroix (Chantal). Chère grand-mère de Danya Nadon (André), Dominique Rivet (Tyler), Roch Lacroix et Marc Lacroix (Alyssa Bolan). Chère arrière grand-mère de Bently, Presley, Levy et Luca. Fille de feu Léon et de feue Elzire (née Rocheford) Daoust. Chère soeur de Gérald Daoust (Patricia) et Hélène Huot (Michel). Prédécédée par ses autres soeurs et frères : Mariette Grandmaître (Bernard), Nicole Dupuis (René), Ronald Daoust (Lorraine) et Raymond Daoust (Claudette). Belle-fille de feu René et de feue Hermeline Lacroix. Belle-sœur de Gisèle Bazinet (feu Paulo). Prédécédée par ses belles-sœurs Madeleine Rochon, Liette Dupuis (feu Hector) et ses beaux-frères Denis Lacroix et Jacques Lacroix (feue Anne). Pour Louise, sa famille était une source de fierté et joie. Elle laissera un souvenir affectueux auprès de plusieurs nièces, neveux, amis et la parenté. Conformément à ses souhaits, il n’y aura pas de visites. Une messe funéraire aura lieu le samedi 24 mai à 11 h à l’église Notre-Dame de Lourdes à Alban. It is with heavy hearts that the family announces her passing in Sudbury on Tuesday, April 1st, 2025 at the age of 86 years old. Loving wife of the late Alban Lacroix. Beloved mother of Lynne Dupuis (Don), late Richard Lacroix (Chantal). Cherished grandmother of Danya Nadon (André), Dominique Rivet (Tyler), Roch Lacroix and Marc Lacroix (Alyssa, Bolan). Great-grandmother of Bently, Presley, Levy and Luca. Daughter of the late Léon and late Elzire (née Rocheford) Daoust. Dear sister of Gérald Daoust (Patricia) and Hélène Huot (Michel). Predeceased by her other siblings: Mariette Grandmaître (Bernard) Nicole Dupuis (René), Ronald Daoust (Lorraine) et Raymond Daoust (Claudette). Daughter-in-law of the late René and late Hermeline Lacroix. Sister-in-law of Gisèle Bazinet (late Paulo). Predeceased by her sisters-in-law Madeleine Rochon, Lilette Dupuis (late Hector) and her brothers-in-law Denis Lacroix and Jacques Lacroix (late Anne). She will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Louise’s pride and joy was her family. In keeping with her wishes there will be no visitation. A funeral Mass will be held Saturday May 24th at 11 a.m. at Notre-Dame de Lourdes church in Alban.
