Lloyd Webster Obituary
With love and sorrow, the family shares the passing of a beloved brother, uncle ( Maria and Heather) and great uncle (Matthew, Ryan, Edie and Abel).
Lloyd was the second son of Elma and Ken Webster of Dutton. He is survived by brothers Ed (Teirrah) and John (May) and was predeceased by brother Doug (2013) and sister Cathy (2005).
He lived life according to his own rules. He enjoyed the last few years at Elgin Manor in St Thomas where he was treated like family. He worked for Elgin County Roads and proudly reminisced about his 25 years of service. He and Doug were well-known around the county working for many residents. Lloyd loved the outdoors and enjoyed all the birds that came to the feeder outside his window.
He loved sports! As well as playing baseball in his younger years, he was an avid follower of pro baseball and hockey.
A very special thanks to all the employees of Elgin Manor for their kindness, professionalism and caring. Each one treated Lloyd with respect and he was truly happy to be there.
On Friday April 25, there will be visitation from 12-1:00 pm and a service at the Arn Funeral home in Dutton at 1:00 pm. A graveside service will follow light refreshments.
